Getting Started

How do I generate a design option?

Creating your first visualisation is simple:

  1. Upload Input: Drag and drop your original image (a SketchUp white model, hand sketch, or existing photo) into the left column.
  2. Choose Style: Upload a "Reference Style" image that captures the mood, lighting, or materials you want.
  3. Generate: Click Generate Option.
  4. Result: Your new AI-rendered visualisation will appear in the centre column in seconds.

Credits & Usage

Option Infinity operates on a prepaid token system. You can view your current balance and purchase top-ups in the User Menu > Top Up.

Token Costs per Feature

Different tools consume different amounts of credits based on the computing power required:

FeatureCost
Generate Design Option1 Token
Generate Variation1 Token
Spatial Edit1 Token
Lighting Adjustment1 Token
Material Schedule2 Tokens
Upscale Image2 Tokens

Note: Failed generations due to system errors are automatically refunded. You are only charged for successful results.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Design Capabilities

Currently, Option Infinity is tuned specifically for interior space structural integrity. Our model is optimised to recognise furniture, lighting, and internal textures without warping walls.

Good news: We are actively developing a dedicated engine for architectural exteriors. Stay tuned for upcoming feature releases designed to streamline your external workflow.

You don't have to re-render the whole room! Use the Spatial Edit tool to select a specific area (like a wall or a reception counter) and describe what you want to change it to via the text prompt. This keeps the rest of your "approved" design exactly the same.

Yes, using the same reference image is a great way to maintain a cohesive "mood" or colour palette across different rooms. However, please note that the AI generates a unique interpretation for each scene. You cannot force the AI to use the exact same floor pattern or specific fabric combination across different views; there will always be slight organic variations.

Instead of starting over, use the Generate Variation feature. This keeps your main composition but "rolls the dice" again on the details, which is perfect for finding that one version where the furniture legs and lighting look just right.

Absolutely. Standard generations are optimised for web viewing, but you can use the Upscale (up to 4K) feature to create crisp, high-resolution images suitable for A3 presentations or marketing materials.

Credits & Billing

We know that architectural workflows are unpredictable, some months you have five deadlines, other months are quiet. We don't believe you should pay a monthly subscription when you aren't using the tool. With credits, you only pay for what you design, and your balance waits for you until your next project.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Pro Tip: If you purchase any new credit pack before your balance expires, your entire existing balance (old and new) automatically rolls over for another full year.

Token purchases are generally non-refundable due to the immediate access to digital goods. However, if a generation fails due to a system error (not user error), your tokens are automatically refunded to your balance instantly.

We use Stripe for secure processing and accept all major credit and debit cards.

Ownership & Privacy

Yes. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights. You are free to use them for client presentations, marketing, websites, and any commercial purpose.

No. We value your intellectual property. Your uploaded sketches and generated results are processed solely to deliver your request. They are never used to train our public AI models.

Troubleshooting

Please remember that Option Infinity is a conceptual visualisation tool, not a CAD software. The AI interprets your inputs creatively, meaning results can vary based on input quality and the model's interpretation.

  • For best results: Ensure your input sketch has clear lines.
  • Expect Iteration: You may need to generate a few variations to get the perfect look.
  • Accuracy: Outputs should be used for design intent and mood, not as construction-ready specifications.

Check your credit balance in the user menu to ensure you have enough tokens. If the system encountered an error, your token should have been automatically refunded.
