We use your data to:

  • Provide the AI generation service.
  • Process token transactions and track balances.
  • Improve service performance based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. AI Training Statement

Your content is safe. We do NOT use your uploaded images or generated results to train our AI models. Your inputs are processed solely to fulfil your specific requests.

5. Data Retention

  • Generated Images: Deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Analytics Data: Deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Account Data: Retained until you choose to delete your account.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and restricted access to personal data. Your images are stored in Google Cloud Storage with enterprise-grade security.

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate Option Infinity. Each complies with applicable data protection laws:

  • Clerk: User authentication.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Google Cloud: Secure data storage and AI processing.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.
  • Supabase: Database hosting.

International Transfers: If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we ensure safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

We use only essential cookies required for the operation of the service (Authentication and Session management). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also opt out of having your generated images used in our marketing materials.
