1. Introduction

Welcome to Option Infinity. This service is operated by Option Infinity ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our AI-powered design visualization tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this service.

3. Service Description

Option Infinity provides AI-powered visualization tools specifically for architectural and interior design. Our features include:

  • Design Generation: Style transfer and visualization from sketches or 3D images.
  • Refinement Tools: Spatial editing (inpainting), lighting adjustments (e.g., day-to-night), and variation generation.
  • Technical Documentation: Automated interior material lists.
  • Enhancement: High-resolution image upscaling.

Note: This service is intended for design visualization. It is not intended for portrait photography or human subject manipulation. We may modify or retire features at any time as we improve the platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use

  • Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the images you generate using your uploaded content.
  • Commercial Rights: You are granted a full license to use your generated images for any commercial purpose, including client presentations, marketing, and resale.
  • Our License: By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated images for our own promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, social media).
    • Opt-Out: You may revoke this permission at any time by emailing support@optioninfinity.com.
  • AI Training: We strictly do NOT use your uploaded images to train our AI models. Your data is processed solely to generate your results.

5. Token System & Payments

Option Infinity operates on a prepaid token system.

  • Cost Structure:
    • Generate Option / Variation / Lighting: 1 Token.
    • Spatial Edit: 1 Token.
    • Material List / Upscale: 2 Tokens.
  • Deduction: Tokens are deducted immediately upon the successful initiation of a task.
  • Expiration & Rollover: Tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you purchase any additional tokens before your existing tokens expire, your entire balance is automatically extended for another 12 months. Tokens that expire without a top-up will be forfeited. We will notify you via email prior to expiration.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Token Purchases: All token package purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immediate digital nature of the service.
  • System Errors (Token Restoration): If a generation fails due to a system error (and not due to user input or policy violations), the tokens will be automatically restored to your account.
  • Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact support for a case-by-case investigation.

7. Data Retention

Generated images and assets are stored on our servers for 30 days. After this period, they are automatically deleted for security and privacy. Please download your work regularly.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Option Infinity to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, offensive, or violent content.
  • Create deepfakes or manipulate human faces.
  • Infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Disclaimers

  • "As Is" Service: The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • AI Limitations: Outputs are conceptual. They should not be relied upon as construction-ready documents. Results may vary based on input quality. It can produce unexpected or inaccurate results or include elements that unintentionally resemble copyrighted works.
  • Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring your input images do not violate third-party rights. We are not liable for copyright issues arising from your inputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Option Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Option Infinity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to generated images will end, and unused tokens will be forfeited. We recommend downloading any images or materials you wish to retain before deleting your account.

12. Changes to Terms

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
